We want you to love your Impressions Online Boutique purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for store credit. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days of arrival.
