We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Impressions Online Boutique ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations soon.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
